The combination of exhaust fan and evaporative cooling pad can sustain the factory temperature in less than 28 Degree and make air change 80-90 times per hour, no matter how high the original temperature is.
Wet Curtain Cooling pad system is the new type cooling system which is manufactured for energy saving cooling equipment. Simple structure, large quantity of cold air, low price, low power consumption, fresh air and reliability service. 
Features of the cooling pad system

Composed mainly of high quality material and special chemicals in the pulp, the cooling pad adopts an advanced stereo crossing linking technique and is made through complex processes such as coating, drying, pressing, impregnating, curing, slicing, and edging respectively.
When moisture evaporates, temperature will lower naturally. There is a thin layer of water film shaping wavelike pattern on the surface of fiber paper cooling pad. Thus, when suctioned in by draught fan, outdoor heated dry air goes through the cooling pad, water on the film will absorb heat in the air and vaporizes. Through such a process, cool and humid air will enter the room. The principle of cooling by cooling pad is to take advantage of the combination of exhaust fan and cooling pad and artificially reappear the physical phenomenon that when moisture evaporates, temperature will lower naturally.

Exhaust fans are installed in one side and evaporative cooling pad is installed in the other side, then heat and exhaust inside will be taken away because of negative pressure, and fresh and filtered air will be pumped into through pad to make the air cool down by evaporation.
