For the cooling material of led headlight , the developing process as below :
Ordinary aluminum bad cooling,power low
Fan good cooling,but the fan easy to broken and then led burn
Aviation aluminum good cooling but the base too big,some cars can't install
Red cooper(wire braid) the best cooling materail now,qualitys table
 
 In all of the metal , silver is the best material for cooling , copper second . But silver is very expensive so we choose red cooper as our V4 cooling material .

Q2: How can I get a sample from you to confirm the quality?

A: We can offer samples in 3 days . 

Q3: What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time?

A: Usually production lead time is 1-2 weeks after the order is placed and deposit payment is received. Please contact us for accurate delivery date in advance.

A: The lifespan is 30,000 hours. We offer one year warranty.
